Shipping Policy

Shipping Policy

All orders are shipped from Houston, Texas Monday through Friday. Please expect orders to ship within 1 to 2 business days of the purchase date, Monday through Friday. If an order is placed after 1 PM CST Friday, it will be shipped the following week. If ordering Next Day Shipping before 1 PM CST, the order will be shipped same-day.

For custom orders, please allow 20 business days from the order date for the item to ship. Please note that this does not include shipping and delivery time.

All orders are shipped via 3rd party courier, and any lost or stolen packages are not the responsibility of Rue Zeppelin.  Please file any claims through the 3rd party shipping courier.
